All the materials are transported in separate hoppers and then mixed on site.

This means we can be flexible about the mix, timing and quantity.

The mixer is calibrated by weight for a range of mix designs which are controlled by the truck’s computerised system.

Fully automated controls regulate the volume of stone, sand, cement and water for accuracy, and consistency and deliver the materials via a conveyor belt to the mixing auger.

This system ensures you are getting the right mix of dry materials and water required for the selected concrete mix.

Not the right spec or need multiple concrete mixes on site?

The controls allow adjustment at the press of a button to switch between multiple mix specs and can be changed on the fly.

No dry ingredients are added manually and no extra water is added to the mix for workability (affecting your strength).

We can be pouring your concrete within minutes of arriving on site and have fast production rates to keep up with your needs. Our production is similar to a conventional agitator truck.

The metered auger controls are variable speed (not just on and off). This means we can pour at different speeds and can change as the job progresses. We can easily make adjustments using the remote control, and can start and stop production mid-pour to match your pace.

The truck’s control system measures the output quantities in real time as we pour on site so we can accurately measure and charge you only what you use.
